Soldiers who have come home from the war in Afghanistan talk about physical and psychological injuries and describe their alienation from a society in which they meet with little understanding. The war, which has made them 'moral cripples', as one of them says, has become unpopular. 'I am a terrible opponent of this war,' says one mother. 'Our sons shouldn't be there.'
